Fuel Injection Pump Test Bench

Direct drive motor with electronic speed control system that is capable to adjust and keep stable within 1 rpm between 40 to 4000 rpm range. The flywheel has inertia of 1,0 Kg/m2 Despite the size of the flywheel the electronic dynamic braking stops the motor at the rate of  1000 rpm per second. Additionally the mechanical braking provides extra safety for stopping the machine with no power conditions. The 3 axis measuring console with height adjustment allows mounting various types of pumps on the test bench conveniently. Analog pressure gauges and flow meter in located in the test bench facia. The test oil temperature control system is optionally equipped with chiller system. Test bench can also be equipped with lubrication oil transfer system. Test bench is supplied with a rich accessory set.

Fuel Injection System Test Centre

The 3 axis injector console allows mounting various types of pumps on the test bench conveniently. Fuel pressure, air pressure, fuel temperature, return temperature, measuring system temperature, rack travel distance, return fuel rate and the deliveries of each cylinder is graphically displayed on the LCD monitor on the test bench.  All test plans are created in the special operating system and the test results are stored in the database for future references. The printer on the test bench helps to print-out the test reports. The test oil temperature control system is optionally equipped with chiller system.

Test bench can also be equipped with lubrication oil transfer system. Test bench is supplied with a rich accessory set.

Mobile Electronic Metering Unit

Measuring console is capable to test up to 8 cylinders with high accuracy. The LCD monitor displays the delivery measurement results. The database can help to store the test results for future references. Printer helps to print the test reports. Console is delivered with a digital rack gauge.

Diesel Injector Tester

Manually operated Injectester is capable to test all types of conventional injectors including 2 spring injectors. Pressure is displayed on the LCD screen in Bar, Psi, Atm, MPa, Kg/     cm2. Pressure decay on the injector body is shown on the LCD screen in graphics.  User-friendly injector clamp helps to mount various injectors easily . Fume extraction feature eliminates the test oil fume and helps the operator to view spray pattern better, while keeping the Working environment clean.

Electronic Unit Injector

Cam box for EUI-EUP systems can accommodate all types of EUI or EUP components on the special design cam box. The adapters eliminate the need for pre-stroke adjustment. High accuracy timing and injection control system provides highly accurate delivery results to determine the fault of the injectors being tested.  Test kit is delivered together with the roll-up carriage. The control electronics can store new injector test plans. This test kit is required to be used on a test bench.

Test Stand can test Bosch, Denso, Delphi, Siemens common rail injectors as well as, 2 spring injectors and conventional injectors. Manually operated test stand can generate up to 600 bars. LCD screen displays the pressure and leakage graphics digitally. Well illuminated spray chamber and spray fume extraction system enables to observe the spray pattern of the injector.

Test Stand can test Bosch, Denso, Delphi, Siemens common rail injectors as well as, 2 spring injectors and conventional injectors. Test stand is designed to test common rail injectors under various pressure settings up to 1000 bars, with various injection time settings and injection speeds by measuring injection delivery and return test oil. Measuring console glass tubes have automated drain system. Pressure control system is capable to create a constant flow stable pressure to test delivery with highest accuracy. Spray chamber is very well illuminated to observe the spray pattern of the injectors. Safety cover protects the operator from high pressure test oil leaks.

Stand alone test stand for EUI-EUP systems, can accommodate all types of EUI or EUP components on the special design cam box. The adapters eliminate the need for pre-stroke adjustment. High accuracy timing and injection control system provides highly accurate delivery results to determine the fault of the injectors being tested. Electronic speed control system allows setting the speed between 75 to 2000 rpm. Test oil temperature control allows maintaining a stable test condition for EUI/EUP’s. Computerized controls and test plan management helps to create new test plans for the future test EUI and EUP systems.
